Actually, I had purchased this sake a few weeks ago, but I was waiting...
Watching the cherry blossoms bloom in Sapporo!

The sake market is based in Honshu, and the seasonal lineup is released a little early, so if you wait for spring in Hokkaido, the spring sake will be sold out at the liquor stores.
So I bought it, but left it in the fridge to wait for spring to arrive.

So obviously it won't be available until next year.It's probably not sold in any liquor stores anymore....

Mie Prefecture is home to Kiyamasa Sake Brewery's famous sake ``Jima'' Hattan Nishiki🍶.

It goes without saying that it is a famous sake.No further explanation is necessary (lol).
Although we are a small izakaya, we are fortunate to have had the opportunity to eat here about once a year, but I don't know when the next one will be.
